Could You Rerun Last Month’s Best Job?

November 2, 20262 min read

A client asks for a small change to last month’s best image. Can your team find the workflow and get it running again?

Welcome to the first Numonic newsletter: practical ways to make AI work easier to repeat, check, and hand over. Below you will find a two-minute check, a free checklist, and three ways we can help a team. Every reply reaches a person.

Try This

Try This Today, in Two Minutes

Pick one ComfyUI client job from last month:

  • Find: can you locate the approved result without remembering its filename?
  • Keep: can you retrieve the exact workflow that produced it?
  • Run: do you still have the models, custom nodes, and settings needed to run it?
  • Reuse: could a teammate pick it up without asking who made it?

Any “not sure” is somewhere useful to start.

For Teams

Where Would a Hand Help?

  • Studios and agencies running ComfyUI for client work. “Run past client jobs again, without rebuilding them.” The setup includes a runbook and a handover session. Check if the studio setup fits
  • Software teams on Supabase with paying customers. “Can one customer see or change another customer’s data?” An independent, fixed-scope engineering review: written findings and fix drafts you can merge yourselves. It is not a penetration test or a certification. Check if the review fits
  • Engineering leads whose teams use AI coding agents. “Put your coding agents under rules you can see working.” A fixed-price workshop or install: approval gates, isolated sessions, local CI checks, and honest delivery metrics, built for your repository. Check if the workshop fits

Pass It On

Who Came to Mind?

Forward this to one studio lead, Supabase founder or CTO, or engineering lead responsible for coding agents.

Forward by email

Forward by email opens a note with the link filled in. Or reply with their name, role, and the problem that made you think of them, and I will send you a short note you can pass on.
