Go to verify.contentauthenticity.org, the public Content Authenticity verify tool, or use any other C2PA-aware viewer.
The verifier reads the manifest from the file. You should see the Numonic signature and the AI-disclosure information.
When Numonic signs an export, the signature covers:
Coverage last checked against the product on 2026-10-01. Per-format status is on what Numonic marks and signs on export.
Two results are expected, and both are accurate.
The manifest verifies and the file has not changed since it was signed.
Numonic signs with its own certificate today, so verifiers list the issuer as unrecognised. No recognised authority has issued the certificate yet. A certificate from a recognised authority is planned, not scheduled.
Treat the signature as proof of what Numonic recorded and that the file is unaltered. It is evidence that supports your disclosure obligations, not a third-party endorsement and not a compliance guarantee. Images are signed on export today; video and other formats are not.
We can walk you through what an export carries and how your clients can check it.
