What it does
The --weird parameter (shorthand --w) nudges Midjourney toward unconventional, quirky, and experimental results. At 0 it has no effect; as you raise it, images pick up unusual details, compositions, and aesthetic choices that a straight interpretation would not produce.
Weird interacts with stylize — the two together shape how adventurous the output is. It is best used in small doses to add character, or pushed high deliberately when you are hunting for something genuinely unexpected.
